OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - LONDON - 5 MONTH ASSIGNMENT - UP TO £65k HOURLY EQUIVALENT - HYBRID

Robert Half is excited to be working with a long-standing client seeking an Office Administrator for a 5-month assignment, offering hybrid working arrangements - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily and month-end NAVs
  • Run reports from MUFG Signal Hub
  • Update Top 10 holdings and geographic data
  • Process invoices for Trusts, AllianzGI, and Companies House
  • Handle directors' fees, payslips, and HSBC depositary fees
  • Maintain marketing invoice records
  • Organise team meetings and take minutes
  • Track tasks and planning notes
  • Coordinate factsheet updates and commentary
  • Process buyback forms (SHO3)
  • Check website content
  • Analyse shareholder registers and liaise with brokers
  • Support compliance with IT concert party requirements
  • Maintain issue cap/buyback records
  • Manage Listing 15s and Barclays bank charges
  • Perform regular valuations
Requirements
  • Secretary experience
  • Knowledge of investment trusts, corporate governance, UK listed rules, AGM, and financial reporting
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge
  • Data analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with 'Diligent' application
