Traffic Office Administrator

Job Reference: 324987

Location: Slough, SL3 8AQ

Job Type: Permanent contract

Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 days, Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 14:00

About the Role

Royal Mail is recruiting Network Distribution System Administrators to ensure a safe, efficient, and cost-effective fleet. Responsibilities include:

  1. Keeping the Distribution Management System updated and inputting data daily; de-briefing drivers after their shifts.
  2. Maintaining CDU/FTA system data to comply with European legislation.
  3. Issuing vehicle keys and logbooks according to Royal Mail standards.
  4. Downloading digital tachograph cards in line with company policy.
  5. Conducting daily debriefs with drivers and escalating unresolved issues to the shift manager.
  6. Ensuring planned vehicle maintenance and keeping maintenance records up to date.

Full training will be provided.
