Reqirements:
* Secretary experience.
* Knowledge in investment trusts, corporate governance, UK listed rules, AGM, financial reporting.
* Regulatory compliance knowledge.
* Data Analysis skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft office package.
* Application 'Diligent' experience.
