Please note: Previous experience within Real Estate or Private Equity is essential.

We have a great Business Assistant/Office Administrator role within the London branch of a global Commercial Real Estate firm in Mayfair. This is an all-encompassing challenge for the right candidate!

You must have at least 8 years of experience as an EA/Business Assistant and experience within Real Estate or Private Equity is essential. It's a fast-paced, exciting environment, and everyone at the company works together. They work hard, and no two days will ever feel the same. The role is varied, and they want someone flexible, with acute attention to detail, and passionate about their work. You will need to take ownership of your tasks and provide the very best support to your team.

The role includes:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Preparing and editing documents, managing travel arrangements, and supporting ad-hoc tasks. Coordinating and managing office operations to ensure a well-organised and efficient work environment.
  • Handling basic IT support tasks and working with the appointed IT vendor to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
  • Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures for smooth operations. Assisting in onboarding new employees and managing office access and security.

Business Assistance Duties:

  • Working with the Senior Leadership team on project coordination and business plan execution, supporting them by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Supporting the preparation and review of documents and presentations.
  • Participating in project meetings alongside the Senior Leadership team, observing and minuting meetings as required. Liaising with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Supporting local admin and basic accounting functions in coordination with the Senior Leadership team (no accounting qualifications required).

Package:

Base salary approximately £60,000-£70,000 (depending on experience and salary history).
