Permanent | £28,000 - £32,000pa DOE
Reigate | Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm, earlier Friday finish!

Our client, a respected SME Contractor with a friendly, family-feel culture, is seeking an adaptable and proactive Office Administrator to join their growing team in Reigate. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion—an excellent reflection of the company’s commitment to employee development.

The Role:
  • Handling incoming calls, taking messages, and directing enquiries to the relevant departments
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining job progress—including new works, callouts, and repair jobs
  • Raising job sheets, generating quotes, and scheduling Engineers
  • Collating project documentation for client sign-off and completion
  • Gathering and checking Engineer timesheets and forwarding to Finance for invoicing
  • General administrative duties to support wider business functions
The Person:
  • Previous varied administration experience—ideally within a Construction or Contractor environment
  • Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
