Role & Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure efficient business administration including support with purchase orders, estimates, and invoices from suppliers.
- Develop, maintain, and keep up-to-date the company filing system and databases.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to requests for information via phone and email when the Office Manager is off.
- Build good relationships with clients and suppliers as an ambassador of the brand.
- Handle all logistics administration tasks including shipping, transport, and travel.
- Manage diary and office calendar.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing appropriate office systems.
- Be responsible for meeting rooms and greeting visitors.
- Organise office operations and procedures, including supplies.
- Keep the office tidy and orderly.
- Manage staff logistics such as holiday requests and sickness.
- Address concerns and complaints promptly, liaising with the Senior Team.
