Office Administrator

Enderby – On site

£22,000 - £25,000

Role & Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure efficient business administration including support with purchase orders, estimates, and invoices from suppliers.
  • Develop, maintain, and keep up-to-date the company filing system and databases.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to requests for information via phone and email when the Office Manager is off.
  • Build good relationships with clients and suppliers as an ambassador of the brand.
  • Handle all logistics administration tasks including shipping, transport, and travel.
  • Manage diary and office calendar.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing appropriate office systems.
  • Be responsible for meeting rooms and greeting visitors.
  • Organise office operations and procedures, including supplies.
  • Keep the office tidy and orderly.
  • Manage staff logistics such as holiday requests and sickness.
  • Address concerns and complaints promptly, liaising with the Senior Team.
