Join to apply for the Receptionist Office Administrator role at The Kingsley School

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and reliable Receptionist and Office Administrator to deliver excellent reception and administrative support to our Senior School.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment, providing front-of-house and administrative assistance. They will have the ability and confidence to work independently and will remain calm and professional when under pressure. They will be friendly, helpful and approachable with a focus on providing excellent customer service. They will have excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person that allows effective communication at all levels.

They will approach tasks with a positive can-do attitude, working with accuracy and attention to detail. They must have excellent I.T. skills within an office setting.

This is a permanentfull timerole, working term time only plus two weeks.

Hours of Work

39 hours per week, working from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and from 8.30am to 4.30pm on a Friday with one hour for lunch unpaid each day. A job share would be considered.

Reporting Lines

The post holder will report to the Executive Assistant and Operations Manager.

September 2025

Pay

Actual salary is £20,300 per annum

Full time equivalent salary is: £23,492 per annum
