Our client, a specialist healthcare provider dedicated to supporting adults, children, and young people with a range of complex needs are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Harrow with a salary up to £26,000.About the Role:As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our office and services. You’ll be the first point of contact for new starters, helping to coordinate onboarding processes and ensuring all administrative functions are completed efficiently and in line with compliance standards. The shift pattern is Monday – Friday 9-5, or 8-4 depending on your preference!Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding new staff – coordinating documentation, background checks, induction materials, and welcome communications
- Providing general administrative support to management and clinical teams
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date staff and client records
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising documentation
- Supporting HR and compliance processes as required
- Ensuring the office is well-maintained, stocked with supplies, and running efficiently
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and other office tasks as needed
About You:- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (healthcare background desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
