Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm - In-office full time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compile documents for ‘New Instructions’ and upload to internal system.
  2. Provide administrative assistance to the Director, Sales and Lettings Managers, and their teams.
  3. Update and maintain the company website, portals, newspapers, magazines, and window displays.
  4. Maintain the office appearance, filing systems, and monitor stationery supplies.
  5. Produce and order brochures, window cards, and leaflets.
  6. Produce letters and general correspondence for customers and clients.
  7. Coordinate incoming and outgoing post.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and organise workload.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with proofreading, spell-checking, and formatting skills.
  • Smartly presented.
  • Efficient and able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
