This role involves preparing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and liaising with clients and candidates. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in contracts or compliance roles is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

ersg are looking for a Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join our Operations team in our Bromley HQ. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being fast-learning and motivated. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, is willing to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Previous experience in an office environment, ideally in a Contracts/Compliance role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
