Urgent opportunity to work for a retail brand in build mode. This retail business has exciting plans to open over 50 stores along with a world-class E-Commerce website.

They need additional support in their Central London Head Office.

We are seeking a talented office administrator with excellent telephone manner and written communication skills. Must have outstanding customer service skills to ensure a great customer experience. This is an office-based position reporting directly to Senior Management and will include the following responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and providing backbone support to the Senior Management Team. Logging and filtering calls and email communication.
  • Supporting compliance, HR tasks, and finance duties.
  • Completing daily admin tasks and compiling ad hoc reports and projects.
  • Sending out communications via emails and letters to suppliers, stores, and stakeholders.
  • Diary management and appointment bookings.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Office Admin or Operations experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Hardworking and flexible to assist the wider team.
  • Well spoken, warm, and willing to roll up sleeves!
  • This is a full-time, office-based position.
