Job Description

This role provides vital day-to-day support across various business functions, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Working closely with the Office Manager, responsibilities include providing administrative support such as placing orders for consumables, managing expenses, purchase orders, and financial processing.

You will support document control processes to ensure accurate and efficient document creation, circulation, tracking, and completion. Additionally, you will monitor all communications received via the internal company email, ensuring responses or delegation to appropriate teams. Organizing and coordinating internal meetings will also be part of your role, helping keep teams aligned and focused.

You will play a key role in supporting the upcoming office move, offering a unique opportunity to be involved during an exciting period of change. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the heart of a busy team and takes pride in creating order and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to manage various tasks and support different teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, high standards of written communication, and effective prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable using systems such as MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • This is a full-time on-site role at our campus in Melbourn.
