Salary: £14.25 an hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Berry Recruitment are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support a busy office based in King's Lynn.

Reporting to the Director/Manager, you’ll handle a range of administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date office administration

Answer phones and direct accurate information as needed

Ensure timely preparation of contract sales paperwork

Liaise with clients regarding payments and overdue accounts

Support order processing to meet contract deadlines

Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude

Requirements:

GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above)

Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Sage knowledge is desirable.

Ability to work as part of a team, with strong organisational skills

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
