We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Office Assistant to join our administration team in a busy school environment. This role offers the chance to learn about all aspects of school administration, developing your knowledge and skills. Candidates should have experience or training in an administrative role, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A warm, caring, and professional manner is essential, as you will interact face-to-face with parents and carers daily. This position provides opportunities for growth and skill development. The Office Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth administrative operations within the school.
Our school is part of a newly established cluster of primary schools overseen by a Regional Director. The cluster includes The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools, Cuddington Croft Primary School, and Danetree Primary School.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the cluster, share expertise, and ensure all children receive excellent education and support. It also opens pathways for career development within the cluster and opportunities for professional growth.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Associate 2 Point 1-6 - £22,918.66 - £23,340 plus £936 Inner London Weighting (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, 40 weeks/year, 8am-4pm during term time
