Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is seeking an experienced Workforce Development and OD professional to lead and support organisational development, learning, engagement and culture change initiatives across the HR & OD service.

You will build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, support the Service Plan delivery and contribute to culture, wellbeing, leadership capability and employee engagement across a large, diverse organisation.

Formación

• Experience working in HR & OD, delivering workforce development and culture change initiatives.
• Ability to design and deliver leadership development programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a range of workforce development and organisational development activities.
• Design, develop and facilitate leadership and employee development programmes.
• Deliver training, workshops and briefings on people management and wellbeing.
• Support engagement and wellbeing initiatives to create a positive, inclusive culture.
• Analyse workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and measure impact.
• Develop policies and resources to support effective people management and compliance.
• Collaborate with managers, trade unions and training providers to implement solutions.
• Support organisational change, transformation and continuous improvement.
