Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and facilitating leadership and employee development programmes.
• Delivering training, workshops and briefings on people management, wellbeing and organisational priorities.
• Supporting engagement and wellbeing initiatives that create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Analysing workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and measure impact.
• Developing policies, guidance and resources that support effective people management and compliance.
• Working collaboratively with managers, trade unions, training providers and other stakeholders to implement workforce development solutions.
• Supporting organisational change, transformation and continuous improvement activities.
