Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an Organisational Development Practitioner. You will design, deliver and evaluate OD programmes across the Trust, partnering with leaders to advance the People and Inclusion/Belonging strategies.

You will work with OD colleagues to build foundations, procedures and policy, while maintaining collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver impactful development and improve staff wellbeing, engagement and

Qualifications

• Degree level or higher in OD with relevant study or experience.
• Certification or CPD in coaching, mentoring, NLP, leadership or project management.
• Experience delivering leadership and succession initiatives in large organisations.
• Experience promoting inclusive workplace culture and belonging.
• Experience leading large scale programmes with others.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate a range of OD programmes and initiatives across the Trust.
• Support the Head of OD and OD Partner to deliver people and inclusion strategies, developing policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with OD Partners and stakeholders across the Trust to evaluate impact and drive priorities.
