University of East Anglia (UEA) invites applications for an Organisational Development Partner focusing on Digital Fluency and AI. The role shapes digital capability and AI literacy across the university, coordinating development activity and guiding staff in responsible innovation and ethical AI use.

You will work across divisions to translate complex information into practical solutions, foster continuous learning and contribute to an emerging AI capability programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development, learning and development, change or project work.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical solutions.
• Interest in digital capability frameworks, AI literacy or related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Jisc Discovery Tool across the university.
• Coordinate development activity and shape a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and responsible innovation.
• Help staff understand how AI can be used ethically, effectively and confidently to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate projects or programmes across organisational boundaries with diverse colleagues.
