Job summary

The University of East Anglia’s People and Culture Division invites applications for an Organisational Development Partner (Digital Fluency and AI). Based in the UK, the role focuses on helping colleagues develop confidence, skills and behaviours for a digital and AI-enabled workplace.

You will oversee the Jisc Discovery Tool implementation, analyse capability needs across the university, coordinate development activity and promote a culture of continuous learning and responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational development, learning and development, change or project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse organisational capability needs and coordinate development activity across the university.
• Support the implementation of the Jisc Discovery Tool.
• Help shape a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and responsible innovation.
• Contribute to the university's AI capability programme to promote ethical and effective use of AI.
