Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited seeks a Head of Digital / AI & Platform Services to lead strategy, development and evolution of enterprise platforms, digital products, and AI-enabled solutions across the university environment.

You will work with Technology, academic departments and professional services to ensure secure, reliable services and drive AI adoption while sustaining governance and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading digital platforms, software engineering, technology products or AI-enabled services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, platform architecture, and systems integration.
• Experience delivering digital products from discovery to implementation and enhancement.
• Knowledge of generative AI, automation, APIs, and emerging digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital, AI & Platform Services, uniting enterprise applications, software development, and digital products.
• Define platform priorities to align with institutional objectives and user needs.
• Oversee enterprise platforms, ensuring security, reliability and effectiveness.
• Drive software engineering and product development with modern delivery standards.
• Foster AI, automation and intelligent workflows to create value.
• Ensure new products move from concept to sustainable, supported services.
• Oversee architecture, integrations and platform performance with Tech colleagues.
• Lead Digital Library Services in collaboration with academic teams.
• Build partnerships translating priorities into clear digital initiatives.
• Manage relationships with software vendors and delivery partners.
