ALPI UK seeks an Ocean Freight Coordinator to support sea freight operations from our Manchester office. You will handle export and cross-trade tasks, coordinate documentation and invoicing, and maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong admin skills, attention to detail and experience in sea export within a busy logistics environment. Office-based, full-time with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Previous sea export experience required.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Excellent telephone and email communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export and cross-trade activities, including invoicing and documentation.
• Prepare customs declarations and ensure accuracy of paperwork.
• Maintain customer communications and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
