Confidential is seeking an Ocean Import Coordinator to manage shipments from booking to delivery, acting as the customer's trusted contact and ensuring smooth, professional operations.

You will coordinate FCL and LCL imports, organise customs clearance and haulage, and work with internal teams and carriers to provide timely updates, accurate records, and outstanding service. Strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within logistics or freight forwarding is essential.
• Ocean freight forwarding or ocean import experience is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of FCL and LCL import operations.
• Familiarity with customs clearance and haulage processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive, organised and adaptable approach.
• Comfortable managing a busy workload under pressure.

Responsibilities
