WR Logistics is seeking an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator for its Feltham operation near Heathrow. The role supports ocean export shipments end-to-end, coordinating with customers, lines, and agents in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous ocean freight export experience with a UK-based freight forwarder.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end export procedures.
• Experience handling FCL and LCL shipments.

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean export shipments from booking through to final delivery.
• Handle both FCL and LCL movements.
• Prepare and check export documentation.
• Complete shipping instructions and bills of lading.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, hauliers and overseas agents.
• Arrange collections and monitor shipments.
• Provide customers with regular shipment updates.
• Produce quotations and check supplier costs.
• Complete invoicing and ensure files are accurate and profitable.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records within the freight management system.

An established and growing freight forwarding business is looking for an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join its team in Feltham, near Heathrow.
