Outcomes First Group's Benton House School is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team. You will deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions to pupils, collaborating with teachers and support staff to promote independence and well-being within an educational setting.

This role offers flexible term-time hours (22.5 per week, 3 days) with a salary up to £53,200 FTE DOE, HCPC registration required, and a £2000 CPD training allowance to support your continued

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
• Valid HCPC registration.
• RCOT membership.
• Experience in similar educational settings preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience with neurodivergent pupils and SEMH needs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils within an education setting.
• Hold an OT caseload with support from a clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician.
• Contribute to staff training and ongoing consultation as required.
• Collaborate with education teams to promote pupil independence and well-being.
• Maintain safeguarding culture and pupil-centred practice.
