Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Wessex Lodge School, Somerset. You will deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions helping pupils develop independence in an education setting.

Collaborating with education colleagues, you will manage an OT caseload with supervision and contribute to staff training. A driving licence and HCPC registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree and HCPC registration required.
• RCOT membership is expected for this role.
• Experience with neurodivergent learners and SEMH in education preferred.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary school-based team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Work with the education team to support independence and outcomes.
• Hold an OT caseload with clinical supervision and staff training support.
• Contribute to CPD goals and role-specific training.
