Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Hillingdon Manor School. You will deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to pupils, working with a multidisciplinary team within an education setting.

The role requires HCPC registration and RCOT membership, with experience in LD, SEMH, or neurodivergence, and will involve supervising/consulting as needed. A £2,000 training allowance and a broad benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Bsc or MSc in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registered and RCOT member.
• Experience in LD/SEMH/neurodivergence.
• Understanding of OT in education settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Work within OFG OT Ways of Working.
• Collaborate with education teams and clinical supervisor.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation.
