Job summary

OFG Education's Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in‑house clinical team at Hillingdon Grange School (Options Autism). You will deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to pupils and hold an OT caseload with clinical supervision.

This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week (8:30–16:30, Mon–Fri) with a salary up to £53,200 DOE plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus. A £2,000 CPD training allowance applies after probation, plus a comprehensive wellbeing and benefits

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
• Valid HCPC Registration
• Registered member of RCOT
• Relevant experience in a similar educational setting
• Experience with neurodivergent learners or SEMH needs
• Sound knowledge of OT theory and its practical application
• Experience of multi-professional work within the designated speciality
• Ability to work independently, be flexible and confident
• Clear and concise report writing skills
• Interest in sensory integration or SI practice (training in progress or completed)

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold an occupational therapy caseload with full support of clinical supervisor and site lead.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Work with education teams to promote pupil independence.

Education

Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
