Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join Medway Green School and Heath Farm College. You will deliver holistic OT assessments and interventions, support students daily activities, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, comfort and independence.

The role offers a permanent contract, 37.5 hours, term-time or full-time options, with a salary up to £53,200 FTE (DOE).

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy BSc (Hons) qualification.
• HCPC and RCOT/RCSLT registration required.
• Awareness of Sensory Integration or regulation approaches.
• Experience with children and/or adults with intellectual disability or autism.

Responsibilities

• Carry out OT clinical duties, assessments and documentation (reports, sensory profiles).
• Provide staff and agency training and information as required.
