B. Braun Medical Ltd. in Sheffield is seeking an organized Occupational Health Coordinator to support colleagues across the organisation. Based at Thorncliffe Park, you will coordinate health activities, appointments, records and communication.

This permanent, hybrid role involves coordinating health surveillance, vaccinations, referrals and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring GDPR-compliant records and effective collaboration with HR, managers and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination, health & safety, or occupational health support roles.
• Strong organisational skills with scheduling and stakeholder liaison.
• Good IT skills with MS Office and databases.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach.
• Initiative to own tasks and follow through.
• Willingness to pursue OH / Health & Safety qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate occupational health appointments and referrals.
• Support vaccination programmes and track status.
• Assist with referrals, fitness-for-work and return-to-work plans.
• Deliver wellbeing campaigns and health programmes.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and prepare reports.
• Serve as daily contact for OH administration with stakeholders.
