Job summary

B. Braun is seeking a Health & Safety Assistant (Occupational Health) at Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield. You will coordinate health appointments, manage records, and support vaccination programmes while liaising with HR, managers and external providers to ensure smooth operations.

You will also assist with fitness-for-work assessments, return-to-work plans and wellbeing campaigns, maintaining confidential, GDPR-compliant records and facilitating timely communications across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Administrative/coordination experience in health, safety or wellbeing support roles.
• Strong organization and stakeholder coordination with internal and external teams.
• Willingness to pursue related health and safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health appointments, maintain schedules and follow-ups.
• Arrange referrals to external occupational health providers and vaccination clinics.
• Support referrals, fitness-for-work assessments and return-to-work plans.
• Promote wellbeing campaigns and maintain GDPR-compliant records.
• Serve as daily contact for health administration with HR, managers and providers.
