B Braun Medical UK Ltd is seeking an organised Occupational Health Coordinator to support health and wellbeing across the organisation. Based at Thorncliffe Park in Sheffield, you will coordinate health activities, manage appointments, maintain records and ensure smooth communication among employees, managers, HR and external providers.

You will support health surveillance, vaccinations, referrals and wellbeing initiatives while maintaining confidential records and providing joined-up support

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, coordination, health & safety, wellbeing or occupational health support roles.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills with experience scheduling appointments.
• Clear communication and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate occupational health appointments, maintain schedules and follow-ups.
• Arrange timely referrals to external occupational health providers.
• Support vaccination programmes by arranging appointments and tracking status.
• Assist with referrals, fitness-for-work assessments and return-to-work plans.
• Support wellbeing campaigns and events covering physical and mental health.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and produce routine reports.
