Latus Group is recruiting an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to support clients across the UK. The role involves delivering occupational health services, managing referrals, and advising on workplace health and return-to-work strategies.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with current NMC registration and an occupational health qualification or substantial OH experience. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and reports.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification, or significant Occupational Health experience.
• Competent in venipuncture, health surveillance and clinical assessment.
• Strong case management and fitness-for-work experience.
• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conducting management referrals and sickness absence assessments.
• Providing balanced, practical fitness for work advice.
• Supporting employees with safe and sustainable returns to work.
• Advising on reasonable workplace adjustments.
• Producing high-quality reports that help managers make informed decisions.
• Providing ongoing support where continuity of care benefits the individual.

Occupational Health Nurse Advisor| FT| Perm | Birkenhead | Up to £50k DOE

We're expanding our Occupational Health team and are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to support our existing clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build trusted relationships while delivering impactful Occupational Health services.
