Job summary

Latus Group is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join their fast-growing team in Preston, England. This full-time, permanent role supports client sites with peripatetic travel, delivering high-quality occupational health services and timely advice to managers and employees.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with NMC, OH qualification or equivalent experience, and strong skills in sickness absence management, fitness-for-work decisions, and complex report writing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification, or significant Occupational Health experience.
• Competent in venipuncture, health surveillance and clinical assessment.
• Strong case management and fitness-for-work experience.
• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Providing balanced, practical fitness for work advice.
• Supporting employees with safe and sustainable returns to work.
• Advising on reasonable workplace adjustments.

We're expanding our Occupational Health team and are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to support our existing clients. This peripatetic role provides an excellent opportunity to build trusted relationships while delivering impactful Occupational Health services.

Key Responsibilities
