Job summary

Latus Group is recruiting an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor for a peripatetic, permanent role in Wirral. You will deliver high-quality occupational health services, conduct sickness absence assessments and support safe returns to work across client sites.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse with occupational health experience and strong case management, reporting, and stakeholder advisory skills. Travel and flexible arrangements are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification, or significant Occupational Health experience.
• Competent in venipuncture, health surveillance and clinical assessment.
• Strong case management and fitness-for-work experience.
• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
• A compassionate, proactive and employee-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently while being part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

We're expanding our Occupational Health team and are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to support our existing clients. This peripatetic role provides an excellent opportunity to build trusted relationships while delivering impactful Occupational Health services.

Key Responsibilities
