Job summary

Latus Group in Manchester is expanding its Occupational Health team and seeks an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to support client sites in a hybrid role. You will conduct sickness absence assessments, provide fitness-for-work advice, and help shape safe, sustainable returns to work.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with OH experience or qualification and excellent report-writing skills. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality workplace health

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification, or significant Occupational Health experience.
• Competent in venipuncture, health surveillance and clinical assessment.
• Strong case management and fitness-for-work experience.
• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conducting management referrals and sickness absence assessments.
• Providing balanced, practical fitness for work advice.
• Supporting employees with safe and sustainable returns to work.
• Advising on reasonable workplace adjustments.

We're expanding our Occupational Health team and are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to support our existing clients. This peripatetic role provides an excellent opportunity to build trusted relationships while delivering impactful Occupational Health services.
