Job summary

Latus Group in Manchester, England is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is peripatetic, supporting clients with clinical assessments, sickness absence management, and safe returns to work.

You will be registered with the NMC, hold or be working towards an Occupational Health qualification, and bring strong communication and report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Occupational Health qualification, or significant Occupational Health experience.
• Competent in venipuncture, health surveillance and clinical assessment.
• Strong case management and fitness-for-work experience.
• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
• A compassionate, proactive and employee-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive multidisciplinary team.

We're expanding our Occupational Health team and are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to support our existing clients. This peripatetic role provides an excellent opportunity to build trusted relationships while delivering impactful Occupational Health services.
