Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Observability Engineer to design and evolve enterprise observability across cloud and hybrid environments, using Dynatrace as the platform of choice. You will act as an engineer and consultant, evangelising modern observability and translating telemetry into business insights for engineering, platform and business teams.

You will establish SLIs/SLOs, run blameless post-incident reviews, and partner with development teams to improve reliability and operational maturity

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing and evolving observability architectures.
• Experience implementing SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.
• Ability to translate telemetry into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead observability strategy, standards and roadmaps.
• Champion SRE practices, reduce toil and improve reliability.
• Integrate Dynatrace with OpenTelemetry pipelines and dashboards.
• Create dashboards and alerts aligned with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform and product teams to drive adoption.
