Capgemini is seeking an Observability Engineer to design and evolve enterprise observability in cloud and hybrid environments, using Dynatrace as the platform of record. You will act as both engineer and consultant, turning telemetry into actionable business insights and evangelising the value across engineering, platform, operations and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing observability strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry and SRE practices.
• Ability to translate telemetry into business insights.
• Experience in cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted adviser on observability strategy, maturity and roadmaps.
• Define standards, frameworks and best practices; evangelise adoption.
• Lead SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs and error budgets.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis and problem management.
