Job summary

Dynatrace leads the observability program; we seek an experienced Site Reliability Engineer with deep Dynatrace expertise to own implementation, configuration and ongoing ownership in large-scale production environments.

You will lead SRE and observability initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end monitoring from instrumentation to alerting and production troubleshooting across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• Deep Dynatrace implementation and administration experience.
• End-to-end observability/monitoring design experience.
• Strong SRE and production engineering background.
• Experience configuring instrumentation, metrics, alerting and monitoring.
• Knowledge of OneAgent, ActiveGate, tracing and monitoring concepts.
• Troubleshooting complex production issues with observability tooling.
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Exposure to CI/CD, automation and modern software delivery.
• Kubernetes/containerisation experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead as SME and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in SRE and observability engineering across large-scale environments.
• Lead implementation through to production troubleshooting and ownership of Dynatrace observability.
