Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a 60-bed service in Fareham, Hampshire.

You will lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high standards of care for residents, supported by a dedicated quality team. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven turnaround record, with a Registered Nurse qualification preferred or substantial experience managing a large nursing home.

Qualifications

• Must have managed a large nursing home.
• Experience with CQC inspections (GOOD or OUTSTANDING).
• Previous managerial role in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
• Relevant management qualifications are desirable.

Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + bonus

Award winning care provider looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 60 bed service. You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals! Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care You don’t need a PIN but must have managed a large nursing home!
