The Role

As Care Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, resident satisfaction and financial performance are achieved. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, creating a positive culture that delivers outstanding outcomes for residents and staff alike.

About You

We're looking for a proven leader who can balance high-quality care delivery with strong operational and commercial performance.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager or senior care home leader.
• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with active NMC registration.
• Experience managing a nursing home regulated by the CQC.
• Strong knowledge of care sector legislation, governance and compliance requirements.
• Track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, workforce management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy levels.
