Compass Associates is proud to be working with a large corporate care provider to recruit a Residential/Dementia Home Manager for their medium/large-sized care home specializing in elderly care. The team is dedicated and enthusiastic, welcoming individuals motivated to make a difference in residents' lives.

This role suits a passionate Residential/Dementia Home Manager focused on delivering high-quality, person-centered care in line with CQC regulations. The manager will support and develop the existing team and ensure sound financial performance.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Residential/Dementia Home Manager with a strong understanding of CQC criteria and a proven track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings.

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to run a successful care service are essential. The candidate should be confident, positive, capable of motivating staff, and committed to delivering first-class care in a high-end environment.

Only driven and determined individuals who want to make a difference will be considered.

Requirements

• Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
• Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments.
• Minimum of 3 years' Care Home Management experience (essential).
• At least 5 years' experience in a care environment.
