About the Role…
It's an exciting time to join Totally's Urgent Care division. Our teams are ambitious and committed to delivering excellent services to those within our care.
We’re currently recruiting Remote Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) and Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) from a variety of professional backgrounds including nurses, pharmacists and paramedics – if you’re experienced, with a Masters level award or equivalent, we would welcome your application.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within our Remote Team, you'll be expected to assess all patients of all ages and provide the right management or referral. You'll have to be reliable and dependable, passionate and committed to delivering high quality health care in a telephone assessment environment.
We operate CAS telephone-based services within our Contact Centres in Newcastle, Teeside & Staffordshire and a home-based team. You will be part of the multidisciplinary team which includes GPs; ACPs, UCPs and Prescribing Pharmacists. Patients will be referred via NHS 111 and Ambulance services where you will be expected to use your clinical expertise to treat, advise or refer them on to the most appropriate service.
