Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking a passionate Nursery Teacher to join an Acocks Green setting for the full academic year 2026/27. You will deliver EYFS activities, foster a caring environment and monitor children's progress.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, EYFS/Nursery experience, strong EYFS knowledge, and excellent classroom management and communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within an EYFS or Nursery setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities in line with EYFS.

• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress, maintaining records.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with support staff and the wider school team to uphold high standards of care and education.

Hours: Full-Time

Salary: 174- 270 per day

The Role

As a Nursery Teacher, you will:
