Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Nurse for a Filton, Bristol nursery. The role offers 3-4 days per week with 08:00-18:00 shifts starting September 2026, continuing thereafter.

You will support children aged 0-5, deliver EYFS-based activities, and work within a vibrant team to provide high-quality early years education. The successful candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 EY qualification, have nursery experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will:

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years.
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence.
• Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress through regular assessments.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Ensure safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare requirements are always met.
• Work effectively as part of a dedicated nursery team to maintain high standards of care and education.
