Job summary

Catering is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to support the day-to-day running of your allocated room, upholding the highest standards of care, learning and development. You will lead by example, mentor colleagues and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
