Partou UK Limited is hiring a Nursery Room Leader for Partou Playdays Day Nursery & Pre-school in Bolton, Greater Manchester. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role leads a room's daily operations, supports children's learning aligned with the EYFS, and supervises a team to deliver a safe, inclusive environment.

Salary £29,432 per year. You will build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues, contribute to staff development, and participate in safeguarding and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities in line with EYFS.
• Inspire and manage your team to deliver high-quality care.

About the Role

Partou Playdays Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
