Job summary

Partou UK Limited seeks a Nursery Room Leader for Partou Natures Day Nursery & Pre-school in Ascot, Berkshire. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role involves overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS.

You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continued professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of a nursery room and ensure children engage in stimulating activities in line with the EYFS.

About the Role

Partou Natures Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS.
