Job summary

Partou The Village Day Nursery & Pre-school in Wigan is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the daily running of a room, ensuring children are engaged in stimulating activities that support learning and development in line with EYFS.

You will lead a team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families while working full-time (40 hours per week) with a salary of £29,432 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

About the Role
