Job summary

Partou Yeadon Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to run the room, lead a team and support children’s learning in line with the EYFS. The role is a full-time, 40-hour position with a focus on creating a safe, inclusive setting and building strong partnerships with families.

You will inspire your team, safeguard children, and contribute to ongoing professional development through Partou Academy and internal training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding focus.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education and child development.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development and partnerships with families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily running of the Nursery Room.
• Lead and inspire the room team to deliver engaging activities.

About the Role

Partou Yeadon Day Nursery & Pre-schoolis seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full-time 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS.
